Dillon B. apologies for the delay here. This typically happens if your web host is blocking our web crawler. Cloudflare is usually the biggest culprit here and blocks unknown crawlers or bots. You'll want to find a way to temporarily disable those kinds of blocking or add relume.io to a whitelist and it should work then.
