Hi all 馃檪 I'm having an issue with wireframe comments not appearing. One of our clients is reviewing our website proposal but she isn't seeing all of our comments and we can't see all of hers - almost like she's working in an old or offline version. Is this possible?
Unfortunately, for confidentiality reasons I can't post any screenshots, but please let me know if there's any more details needed to troubleshoot this. It would be great if we can retrieve the comments somehow, otherwise I guess my only other option is to get on a call with her and screenshot comments from her screen.
Is there anything that we might have done wrong to cause this to happen and any way to prevent it in the future?
