Help! Need Backup for Overwritten Sitemap and Wireframe

OMGolly! 😱 I made the mistake of allowing someone else to work on my sitemap and wireframe. They overwrote days of my work on that site. Do you have any kind of versioning or backup that I could revert to say yesterday before they messed me up? I'm really hoping! 🤞🙏
