Padding and Margin Settings Issue – Need Troubleshooting Help

Hi everyone, I’m running into an issue where the padding and margin settings seem to be applied on all sides (top, bottom, left, and right), even though I only intended to set them on specific sides (like top or bottom). As you can see in the screenshots, the values are getting applied to all sides, which is not the desired behavior. Has anyone experienced this kind of issue before? If so, what could be causing this, and how did you resolve it? Thanks in advance for your help!
