Hmm okay because I'm not seeing that a verification email was sent to you at all so not sure if you've done the forgot password form or not.

When I entered your email, it showed that a verification code was sent, so I would try that forgot password form again and send a code.
I can't see or reset passwords so you'll have to do this forgot password process.
Meaning, that I just tested the forgot password, and confirmed that a verification code was sent from our system when I did that - so if you enter your email in the forgot password form, it should work as expected.
