Troubleshooting Import Errors in Relume: New Customer Guide

Hey all, new customer here. I just imported the starter project, and tried to import my site from relume and am constantly getting this error. How can I fix it?

I've tried starting a project 3 times from scratch, but I'm getting the same error every time. I'm on a fiber connection, so it shouldn't have anything to do with my connection. Tried on Chrome and Firefox, neither work.

I'm on the starter workspace while I build the page

Do I need to be on a paid webflow workspace, or does a Matt J. paid webflow hosting plan count?

Bryan depending on which webflow workspace plan you are on, you might have limitations on the free plan - like only allowed to have 2 pages per site. A hosting plan should also work fine. But Webflow has a workspace plan that is free with unlimited pages - you just have to choose the right one, which I've highlighted here.

Gotcha, I just need the hosting, so I'll upgrade this test site in the meantime. Thanks.

Nate W. correct but if you get the other webflow workspace, it allows for 2 staging sites with unlimited pages.
