Troubleshooting Wireframe Import Issues from Sitebuilder to Figma

Having issues importing my wireframes from sitebuilder into Figma. Anyone experienced this before?

hi, I have the same issue. I've contacted support but still waiting for an answer. Maybe someone over here can help also.

Mathias B. Larisa Z. are you importing into our Figma kit and if so, do you have custom fonts being used within that figma kit?

Just importing in a new page. Does it need to be in the figma kit? I'll try, but had no idea.

Jezz Matt J., thanks a lot. So this was the issue? now all is imported and looks nice, I can have fun in Figma

Larisa Z. its our intention that you can import wireframes into blank figma files but it has not worked reliably since we made some huge updates earlier this month. Its on our list to improve on the reliability of this feature later but the immediate workaround is just to import into the figma kit.
