Issue with Contact 12 Component Not Responding in Webflow

Hi Team, I've having issues with component Contact 12. I ticked the "Allow multiple Selection" in Webflow but it's not responding. Thanks in advance!

Update: I tested the form on a published site and the form submission data showed the options I selected. But I can still see the check mark on the "Cloud Accounting" option even if I've selected the other options.

Desiree S. according to the Webflow forums, this appears to be a chronic issue. Couple of options to move forward:
1.
Convert the dropdown list into a checkbox group.
2.
Use custom code to make it work. Here's one from MemberStack which looks very good.
