Understanding Custom Attributes in Relume Components

I just noticed something when copying a Relume component I haven't seen before and I wonder if someone can explain (and also, can I remove it?) If you paste in Contact 1 (https://www.relume.io/preview?cid=contact-sections/section_contact1) there are Custom attributes on contact1_form (see screenshot). Does this need to remain?
