Issue with Editing Email Footer Copy in Team Collaboration Tool

For this footer, my team is never able to double click into and add in the copy for the email - can you resolve?

Elodie R. thanks for flagging this! What footer component is that exactly? It looks like it could be Footer 3 but not 100% sure.

Elodie R. okay - I do see that this component seems to have some odd issues with it but I was still able to change the text within the elements. Are you saying that your team is not able to edit the text at all and are they using Chrome or a different browser?

We do use Chrome! But specifically, we are not able to double click into the second line in the Contact section (where it says insert practice email in the screenshot I provided)

yeah, thinking its related to the odd behavior I'm seeing - unfortunately this was something I had reported awhile back - I'll see if I can bump the team on it. Thanks for flagging this
