Bug Report: Issues with Relume on Chrome - Sign Out, Freezes, More

Hi Relume Team, I just signed up today and when I was exploring I noticed there are few bugs; please check

  1. 1.

    When replacing sections, it has some missing sections samples. Notice how market number skipping the sample in between.

  2. 2.

    It randomly signed me out, or when I try to delete a section it says I cant do it, then I have to logout and login in back to make it work.

  3. 3.

    When zooming, it randomly freezes.

I use chrome (updated version) , I signed up for paid version on trial, MacOS, macbook Pro 15 M2.

    1. 1.

      The AI is finding layouts (sections) recommendations for you based on the section title/description. They are not meant to be in order.

    2. 2.

      Make sure you are not signed into Relume in multiple places (tabs, windows, devices, etc) - we prevent multiple sign ins for the same user.

    3. 3.

      Can you record a quick video on the freezing - no audio is fine.

    Hi Matt J. thanks for reply. I am not logged in multiple windows or tabs. If the ai is suggesting but what I don鈥檛 like AI suggestion is there anyway to see all options and keep ai out of it haha 馃槀

    Unfortunately not, the only way to achieve this from my understanding would be to navigate the Webflow Library, search for the component name and add it. AI is baked into everything with the Relume AI Site Builder.

    very strange, I would just canceled my plan, can you please issue a refund, I am still within the trial period.
