Issue Purchasing Pro Plan After Starter Trial Due to Error Message

Hi. After a few days on the starter trial I am trying to purchase the Pro plan but keep getting this error, and when I close the pop up the purchase hasn't completed. It now has me on the free plan, rather than the starter trial. I can see the payment as pending on my credit card. Ahhh I now have two pending payments.
