Issues with Payment Recognition and Login on Freelance Platform

hello, back on the freelance grind and i signed up for another subscription just now and the platform seems to not recogonize my payment - also doesnt seem to stay logged in, auth features seem to be buggy i hop in and out of logged in state / my email / account is labninetysix@gmail.com - any help is appreciated!

Eduardo R. Welcome back - sorry to hear of the issues though. 😞 Would it be possible at all to trouble you for a screen recording of the symptoms? this will be the best way for us to diagnose what is going on. Thanks in advance for your help here.
