Joel T. thats a gnarly first mobile app sir! Real estate listings in itself can be really complicated even on web let alone on mobile.
With that said, to answer your question - you will likely want to look at either Bubble or Flutterflow for creating native or semi-native mobile apps.
The hardest part will be the API you will have to create and connect to a real estate listing platform. I would look into whether it is legal to "create" static listings on things like this as I have heard that you can only advertising listings that are associated directly with the MLS, but I'm not a lawyer nor am I a real estate agent.
