So I would navigate to our Webflow Library to browse all 1600+ components and using our filters, you could try to find a component that matches the closet to what you need.
Once you find this component, take the name of the component and do a search within the Relume Site Builder - most components should be in there but there are still a few that are not.
In your case, Layout 226 might be the closet we have to what you are looking for. There could be others though.
Once in site builder, some components you are able to delete things from it - but not add - unless you are repeating an existing pattern (like adding additional items).
If you need to make other edits - you would likely need to import your page into Figma and continue making those additional edits.
