Best Practices for Using Icons in Webflow Styleguide

I have added a set of icons into the Relume styleguide on Webflow. I'm wondering what's the best way to use these across the site without needing to copy directly from the style guide. Should I make them into components?

Emily M. that is typically what I do - but only so that I can just do cmd + e search and insert it, then I'll detach instance in some cases.
