Using Relume Components in Your Webflow Site: Is It Possible?

Is it possible to just grab a Relume component and put it in a Webflow site that I haven't used the cloneable? I'm working on migrating someone's website from Wordpress (developing in WF from scratch) and it hit me Relume probably has some components I can use. There's some carousels that I've seen in Relume that may come in handy. Is it possible to just copy them and paste them in Webflow? Just a single component?
