How to Combine Multiple CTA Sections into One Global Instance for Consistent Layouts?

Hello, I'm creating a sitemap and wireframe. How do I select multiple sections and turn them into one global section? Like I want to select all CTA Sections and make them a global instance so they all have the same layout on each page. I've tried holding down Command and selecting one at a time, but that doesn't work. Same with Shift, Control, and Option on the Mac keyboard. (edited)
