Troubleshooting Navbar Positioning on Mobile Devices

I can't get this navbar to appear at the bottom on mobile devices. Any pointers? I followed the directions, as best I could: https://www.relume.io/preview?cid=navbars/navbar15_component

Could it be that you have "Overflow hidden" on a parent div? This can stop sticky and fixed position elements from functioning properly...
