Troubleshooting Class Sync Issues When Adding Relume Components and Duplicate Styles

I'm having issues related to class sync when adding relume components. I have the relume chrome extension installed and class sync is turned on. What else do I need to look out for? When I added footer11 component the text-size-small was duplicated to create two other versions of that style.
