How to Create a Site Map and Wireframe Using Claude and the Relume MCP Tools

Hi- what are the steps to create Site Map and then Wireframe with Claude and the Relume mcp? Do I create the site map and wireframe in Relume and then bring into Claude Design? Do I need to design in Relume first and then finesse in Claude Design? Or do I start in Claude Code or Claude Design with the Relume connector to create site map/wireframe/design? I have the client’s Claude Design System build out in Claude Design. Thanks!
