Question About Component Library Usage and Publish Limits for Upcoming Projects

Hey guys sorry if this is already been answered but just curious as to the component library and publish right now, did you give like a certain percentage of overlap compared to export, or hard number? Just curious because I have some projects coming up and while I'm loving publish I do want a little bit more diversity and components and think some of those might be better suited for export for now. Appreciate the info and advice in advance
