Seeking Resources to Understand Table 4 Component Filters

hey everyone, I am trying to use the table 4 component with the power ups and I have to say I am completely lost on the filter part. Do you have usefull ressources / tutorials to help me clear this out outside of Finsweet ressource that i struggle to understand. Thank you
