Integrating Webflow and Twilio for Cannabis Dispensary Text Alerts

My client is a Cannabis Dispensary in Michigan, US and wants to send texts to her subscribers (future) when she publishes the weekly specials to her Webflow blog. Has anyone implemented a similar use case they'd be willing to share?
