Specifically account issues, Paid for pro but also told there was a billing error, funds are already out of my account but I cant use any pro features.
I joined a whileee back so I'm guessing the issue revolves around a discrepancy in the "product" I'm paying for. I'm on the old "Starter Plan" which seems to be today's "Relume Pro" plan
