Team Availability Needed for Urgent Pre-Sales Coordination

Is anyone from the team available? I've been communicating with Chitra M. regarding some pre-sales stuff but there seems to be a major timezone difference resulting in a full day of wait time between us seeing the responses of the last messages we sent to each other, and I'd like to speed things up to that I can get started today.
