Figma Grid Settings for Relume Files: A Newbie's Guide

Hi Lumers, Probably a newbie question... I'm trying to work out what the Figma Grid settings are for Relume files. I'm trying to guess and it's not working very well 🫠

Steve B. yeah I remember being hung up on this awhile ago as well and eventually I just gave in to the fact that its really just a soft grid. Its consistent within the system itself but obviously trying to create your own sections, makes things harder when its not following a known grid. Damian M. do you know if there was an intentional grid that was used to build out the figma components or no?

Unfortunately not. The Figma components were built to match the Webflow components 1:1 and unfortunately those were never setup with strong grid foundations unfortunately 😅 Generally the grid spacing is consistent between layouts of the same number of columns, but when the number of columns changes so does the grid. These general column spacing rules apply:
2 column layouts: 5 rem (80px)
3 column layouts: 3 rem (48px)
2 column layouts: 2rem (32px)
