Class sync error troubleshooting for Webflow project not resolved by guide steps

Grrr... I keep getting the class sync error on my project. I went through all the steps on the troubleshooting guide with no luck. No worries. It may be all jenked now unfortunately. I've just been porting things in and manually changing the classes.

ah okay, yeah super annoying. Duplicating classes is SO hard to troubleshoot, and for that matter fix. I did notice these two duplicate classes which may lead to the issue - worth cleaning these up in someway and seeing if that helps. When you say you've tried the troubleshooting tips, I assume then you've done the turn off > refresh > turn on > refresh process? I've found this to work 99% of the time.

I did. But I can give it a go today. Maybe it wasn't working cause I had duplicate classes still in there when I did the plugin refresh's?

yeah for sure, any duplicate classes will throw things off, even if they are not the same classes being duplicated, strange thing

one last question - where are you copying the components from?

I was copying from the site builder wireframes.

make sure your preferences match what I have in this screenshot - I noticed the project in question is on v3. and I know you are jumping around projects killin' it for your clients so just wanted to double check that we have the right preferences here

okay sounds good - sounds like you may have tried all the things which sucks...wish I had a silver bullet to resolve the duplicating classes but my gun is empty 😞
