Hi team, I'm a user with a Pro plan trial that ends tomorrow. I currently have two projects:
Project 1: 15 pages
Project 2: 7 pages
Since I don't have a new client right now, I plan to downgrade to the Starter plan, which allows for one project with a maximum of five pages. I have a few questions about this process:
What will happen to my projects when the trial ends?
Which of my projects will be available to edit?
Will the second project be deleted or just suspended?
If a project is suspended, can I reactivate it later by upgrading to the Pro plan?
Thank you for your help!
Luda great question. thanks! Matt J. Great to see you replied so quickly .Any chance you can post the reply here so we all can benefit from your feedback. As I am / most of us are still getting acquainted with the benefits of relume, committing to a full year of the pro is a pain point unless you have 5 or more projects spining at the same time so we are left with either the monthly price of nearly $60 (which admittedly is on the highest side of pricing for solutions at the moment ) for Unlimited (which is totally worth it for unlimited) but like Luda a middle tier pricing would likely help the freelancer with more than one project and more than 5 pages, but less than infinity projects going on. Currently i am on the pro as i have several projects but some are past the relume sitemap phase so my monthly fees for Pro are mainly being used to explore the relume product and features and archive my past projects so i dont lose them for future updates and rewrites for future phases of the projects. In this case $60 is a bit of a bite for testing and archiving- I would love some advice if you have it. Thanks for listening. much respect for the product and what you all at Relume are doing to advance design and dev. hope this feedback helps. thanks.
