Clarification on Client Info Usage for AI Compliance

Hello. Just before I get started I need to check with how my client's info will be used. If I use my client's name (our contract has some regulations) how will that be used with the AI?

We currently don't train any models on customer data
There is an option to opt out of training data in project settings (top left) which guarantees we won't use that
