Help Needed: Cancel Unwanted Subscription After Auto-Renewal

Sorry guys, I feel like an idiot, but I completely forgot to cancel my subscription, which renewed automatically yesterday. I totally forgot about it. I only needed it for a one-time project and didn't need to renew for now. I only noticed the renewal this morning just when I saw the payment on my card. I've already written to support, but I don't know how long it might take. Do you know if anything can be done in this case, please? Thank you so much
