Lumers! How much would you charge for a 12 Page Website design+development? It would be for a Local Dentist - copywriting, basic GSAP animations, is also included

Valentine M. this is a loaded question but I love it. Would really really love for the community to chime in here. Couple of general questions though:
1.
How long have you been designing + developing websites with Webflow?
2.
Do you have a questionnaire/process for gathering the necessary information to be able to do copywriting effectively - meaning is this a core skillset of yours, or is it something you are throwing in as a bonus for your clients and they understand it to be a bonus?
3.
Are you presenting yourself as an agency or as a freelancer?
4.
What is your general market? US West Coast, Midwest, East Coast, Europe, etc?
Pricing can be tricky but I think in order for others to chime in, this info would be super helpful.
