Inquiring About Team Image Popup Feature for Website Footer

Hey all, I really like what Relume does in the footer on its own website - the ability to hover over the team images and display a corresponding popup. I thought perhaps that component would be in the library, but I'm not finding anything. Footer 12 has the images, but I don't think the interactions are built-in. Just wanted to confirm and see if anyone had additional info to offer on implementing that. Thanks in advance!
