Unable to Scroll to Bottom of Live Page Despite Changing Hero Shelf Height to 100 SVH

Hi there. I'm running into an issue where I can't scroll to the very bottom of my live page. Through some research, I found that it could be due to my hero shelf being set to 100 VH, and it suggested that I set it to 100 SVH. I made the change but it's still doing it for some reason. Any thoughts?
