Understanding Htags Hierarchy for SEO in Webflow Using Relume and Figma

I'm stumped on understanding Htags with hierarchy. Can I build with Relume, edit art in figma, upload to webflow and adjust h tags and do the seo, linking etc there?

I have had the worst time getting relume to hoor the header tabs as dropdowns. Then is there a way the top right button can actually display the phone number and still function as a click to call button or do I have to adjust this once in webflow? Sorry one more question, same for the footer. It ahs been very hard to get relume to understand. WHen I watch y'alls videos your headers and footers are perfect. Oops one last big deal the logo is tiny. How can i get this larger and say my company name?
