Issues with AI Site Builder and Support Page Not Loading After Pro Subscription Purchase

Hi! I just purchased a Pro subscription and I'm running into two issues: 1. The AI Site Builder fails partway through generating a sitemap. I've tried both Safari and Chrome on macOS, and both long and short prompts — same error every time. 2. The support/contact page doesn't load, so I can't submit a ticket. Is there a known issue right now? Happy to share a screenshot of the error if that helps. Thanks!

It looks like the Support started working before when I was clicking to submit a ticket. I was not getting anything.

Igor R. I know this is ridiculous but I think its because you mentioned this in your prompt but you have 10-15 pages selected. When I changed to 1 page, it worked. When I removed this text, it worked. Landing page with program overview

It does work for me, but this means that the site map is not being generated properly so when I export and give it to my AI agent, it will be incorrect. I did submit Support ticket with the same issue. Do you know an ETA? I turn around for this fix.

Our AI is not an open pipeline to an LLM - the prompts need to be simple descriptions, some direction on pages, and highlights for goals and that's usually all it needs to start generating things. Then you can go through and make quick edits - much quicker than in any other tool that exists. The support ticket would just come to me - so I can help you there or here, just let me know which so I can focus on one. Can you let me know what you are defining as "properly"? Give me some more details about what you are expecting?
