Aligning Figma Variables with Tailwind in React Components

Hi, within our agency team we realized that the variables in Figma don’t match the Tailwind variables we can export through our React component library. As a result, it’s currently difficult for us to work in a standardized way inside Figma without our developers having to manually adjust every single element afterwards. Is there a solution or any roadmap updates that would allow React/HTML-exported variables to be reflected as native Figma variables as well? This would massively streamline our design-to-code workflow.
