hello262 sorry to hear of the confusion and frustrations here.
I would be guessing at what is happening, so if I have it wrong, I'll need a screen recording but my guess is that you are in the Relume Site Builder/Export and at the top right you are using the export to figma button and it gives you a modal to download the plugin.
Once you download/install the plugin, you'll want to open the plugin from within Figma. So its more of an "import" into Figma from the Relume Site Builder.
So you'll open the plugin in Figma then it'll ask you to login, then you'll come back to the plugin and you should see your Relume Export/Site Builder projects.
This plugin does not apply to Relume Publish - completely separate product entirely.
Again, if you've followed these steps, I'll need a screen recording to see where things might be going wrong.
