Troubleshooting Website Import Issues from URL

Matt J. hey there — I encountered this message on attempting to import a website from URL... is there any way around this?

William S. you would have to check with the hosting provider - this is usually caused by the host blocking bots/crawlers. Either disable the blocking temporarily or add relume.io to the whitelist to allow us to crawl the site. philly s.
