Expanding Feedback Options in Relume Publish to Include General Comments and Support Mentions

I really love the component-level feedback channel that’s directly within Relume Publish. It’d be nice to be able to give feedback that’s more general within the app as well. Maybe even mentioning @support in a comment or something.
