How to Export Text from Wireframes to Spreadsheet or API for Collaborative CMS Integration

It'd be so cool if there was a way to export text that was input via the wireframes into a spreadsheet or an API or something. We're trying to be collaborative and let our clients input their text in the wireframe part to indetofy any issues early on. But then to save duplication it would be great to take it into the CMS build (not webflow)
