Navbar Import Issue: Changes Not Retained After Import

Hi Team -- Weird issue. In a second import I updated the nav bar to a new bar, and when doing the import it takes it in, but then after the site is finished its deleted. You can't import it just the navbar other than copy and pasting it from Relume which doesn't bring in all the attributes. When looking at the page navigator its not there either
