Blank Section Feature Appears Grayed Out When Adding Prompt – Is This Normal?

Adding a blank section used to allow me to add a prompt to help generate the appropriate section and content, not it’s just grayed out. Or am I crazy? Please let me know if this is normal, please.

Issac A. hmm tested the blank section and blank page and both are behaving how I would expect. I know at a page level, if you create a blank page and enter a name and prompt, it'll generate sections for you but I never saw that with a blank section.
