I can’t find the Relume Chrome Extension in Webflow anymore. It used to be there but it just disappeared! I tried removing the extension and re-installing it. It still hasn’t appeared on my Webflow Designer. Any way to solve this?
I'm having the same issue today! Maybe a Chrome or Webflow update that breaks the Extension?
Hey guys, looks like a big update to chrome was released. I would try restarting your browser entirely and see if that resolves it.
I would try uninstalling the chrome extension after the restart. Was an update applied?
Why it would work for one webflow account versus another doesnt add up at all.
Hi It’s the same thing for me, it works for the account that manages the workspace but not for the added account which has all the rights, besides it’s the same thing for the Finsweet Extension
I'm facing the same issue here. Both Relume and Finsweet don't seem to appear in Webflow for me. Has anyone found a solution or workaround for this?
I tried restarting MacOS, removing Relume extension, trying it in incognito... nothing works. Finsweet's extension isn't working either. Perhaps this has something to do with a Webflow UI update? Maybe they're only testing the UI update with a subset of users? Only thing I can think of if only some of us are experiencing this issue.
Hi Lumers!
I'm sorry about the issues accessing the Relume & Finsweet chrome extensions. We are working to resolve this issue ASAP.
We're liaising with Webflow to better understand a technical change which they are rolling out to Webflow Designer. We believe they're in the process of a gradual rollout; the change has only been made to a percentage of webflow accounts.
In the mean time, I'd recommend trying with a different Webflow account or workspace if possible.
We will keep you updated the fix progresses.
Hey Lumers,
We just released an update to fix this issue. Please ensure that you're on version 36 or higher of the Relume chrome extension. You can update by visiting chrome://extensions
, enable "developer mode" then click "update". After updating, you'll need to refresh your webflow tab for the update to take effect.
Thanks for your patience through this change.
I've reached out to our friends at Finsweet. Hopefully they get around to making a similar fix soon 🙂
hey any info on the finsweet extension? it seems to have changed and is missing some features like adding the core page structure
Hey Lukas, happy new year! I haven't heard anything from Finsweet myself, so it'd be best to contact them directly.
