Rebuilding a 100+ page website using Relume and Figma design

At a glance

The post is from a community member who needs help with quoting a client for rebuilding a 100+ page website from scratch using Relume and Figma Design. The community member mostly builds 10-20+ page websites in Webflow and is unsure how to price a larger 100+ page website.

The comments discuss various approaches to the project, such as using Webflow's import tool to bring in the existing WordPress site, and using Relume to model the wireframes and components. Some community members share their own experiences with large website projects, and there is a discussion around Relume's pricing export feature that could provide insights for quoting the project.

The post does not have an explicitly marked answer, but the community members provide suggestions and share their own experiences to help the original poster determine how to price the 100+ page website project.

#C030PMFM4GM Need help with quotation. I've got a client with 100+ website pages of his website that I need to rebuild from scratch using Relume, Figma Design. His website is ranked and I would like to know how much we need to charge him? I mostly build in Webflow 10, 20+ page websites, not 100+ page websites.

I am building my own 220+ Page website right now - from scratch - with Relume!

Wow - how much did you quote for this if you dont mind me asking

No one has submitted a proper quote or plan of attack, yet. Just talk, no actions, with a few meetings set, to see what can is what.

As for , what I would do, if I were you, would be use the import tool or app on WebFlow to import the entire WordPress (current) site into -- that way the current one stays Live - while you modify a webflow addition.
Go back to Relume - do what you need to in there - modeling and taking the best flows of the current build, and ensuring you select the right components to add to the wireframes - do so, complete the copywriting - and then copy and paste into the desired area of the old-new website πŸ˜‰

Rinse and repeat with global sections and style guide complete first and foremost, then focus on the one-off pages and components.

After that - focus on Webflow's Conditional Logic + Triggers + Animations + Effects + Custom Properties + Lottie File Graphics were needed!

That should be the Cake for you right there! Within hours, not days!

the poster is trying to figure out how to charge the client, not how to run the project πŸ‘

following cos I'd like to know as well!

he already quoted the client for $10,000 and the client is continuing to shop around. I've been in talks with Amir (the poster) and everyone else in this chat thread! Thanks. πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸŽ―

Now you know.

We have the ability to export a sitemap to excel with pricing built into the Site Builder. Check it out - it might help give some insights.

What will the 'With Pricing' Show that the other exports wont? What pricing exactly?

and how will that help me with my issues with 200-300 site map page site and it freezing / breaking the Wireframe Builder?

well give it a shot and you'll see! And secondly, thats a separate issue that our team has already responded to you in and our team will take a look - so my response was not to that.

Roger that and acknowledged - Just seeing if you knew an update or timeframe on that, is all, while I saw you here. πŸ€“

I'll give the export pricing a shot, I'm guessing it's a quote tool for clientele to see in Excel form, or would hope it of some feature like that, based on the naming of it.

no worries. And yeah basically - it has some ranges, and ways to customize the output - but if you (I mean the global you) are new to pricing out projects its a great starting point. Its the formula that Relume used as an agency.

Editing The Spreadsheet Now - VERY Cool Starting Points, Indeed!!

Was this feature released in the latest April Launch or just something you put out in the last few hours?

I have not had to 'export' for over a month - as I am back starting fresh from what I originally built.

nope - it has been there for probably about a year and a half - but rarely talked about. It's a great sales tool as well.

Seems Like Epic YouTube Video Channel Content.. If I Were Asked My Opinion... haha

It Would Be Cool To Have More Of A YouTube Relume Presence, Than There Is Now! πŸ˜‰

we've been hard at work on just that! We're about 6 weeks into it - few more to go!
