I'm using layout 408 and the background is jumping around like crazy in Safari. Any suggestions?

Hi all! New here and would appreciate some help.

I'm using Layout 424 as my hero section on my site. I also have a lottie loading animation that plays then disappears. The issue I am running into is that after the animation plays, Layout 424 is showing the final headline, not the first. Once I scroll, layout 424 jumps back up to the first headline.
