Background Jumping Around in Safari

At a glance

A community member, Trevor, is experiencing an issue with the background of their website jumping around in Safari. They have provided a link to the website. Another community member, CC, opened the website but did not see the issue. Trevor then reached out to another community member, Matt, who helped resolve the issue by moving the background image to an empty div. The community members worked together to find a solution to the problem.

Hi Trevor, sorry for the slow reply! I opened your website and I don't see the background jumping around on my end. Do you have a video of the issue or did you find a fix already?

CC

ah yeah apologies Sam - Trevor hit me up in the DMs and we got it sorted. It was the way that the background image was being rendered that Safari was not happy with. By moving the background image to an empty div the issue was resolved. πŸ’ͺ

No need to apologize to me. You're a legend Matt!
