Any ideas why our portfolio element isn't rendering properly on the front end of our site?

Not sure if this is the right spot but I need a solution to get my linked vimeo videos to autoplay. I know it is possible with a 'background video' element but the locally hosted videos are killing our bandwidth. Another solution would be adding a link to the 'background video' instead of uploading the files. Any ideas?
