Server Error: Issues Accessing Sitemaps - Need Assistance

I am unable to get into any of my sitemaps due to a server error. Anyone else having this problem? I've tried refreshing, logging in and out, using a different browser etc.

It seems like the bigger the sitemap gets, the worse the issue becomes.

Troubleshooting Website Import Issues in Sitebuilder: XML Sitemap Help

Can someone tell me why this website won't import into the sitebuilder? Does it have something to do with the XML sitemap? https://www.ssiworld.com/en/

Daniel S. Update: despite dealing with this glitch for about a month and not saying anything, now that I have mentioned it I cannot recreate the error. If I see it again I'll take a video.
