Matt J. Yes, the starter plan website is not client-first.

The only difference that I can see between this client’s workspace (3 websites) and my other clients’ workspaces is that I seem to have been added as a Seat on this one. There is this which might be useful though: of the 3 websites this client has, 2 have paid hosting (Business Plans) and 1 is on the Starter Plan. When I open the one on the Starter Plan, both the checkmark and the history icons are visible. Also, when I paste in a Relume component, there are no errors. However, it might be worth bearing in mind that this website is not Client-first.

Just tried disabling extensions – no change.

Both the checkmark and the history icon are missing from both websites I log into in this client’s workspace. I hadn’t noticed this. Yes, the blob is my avatar. I’ve tried with other projects and they seem to be working just fine. Same browser. So this makes me think it’s a Chrome extension clash, although I did deactivate a couple to check the other day. However, I will deactivate the others and see if that helps. The extension with the Webflow W is ‘Webflow Checker’ ext. which checks if a website is made using Webflow. Useful but not essential. I’ll let you know how I get along after disabling extensions. Would you be able to investigate this issue on the project with the issues if I send you the Sandbox link? I can only send it privately though.

I disconnected the variable font from variables, deleted the font in Settings, republished, copied and pasted a Relume layout: same result.

Matt J. Thanks for getting back to me. Chrome is fully up to date. I’ve attached a screen recording, but I don’t know what an HAR file is nor how to retrieve one for you. I have experienced this issue before, but never to this extent. I have regularly had issues with one or two classes in the past, almost always the “button” class. I’ve set a lot of variables in this site, but have built other sites with variables that have been fine.
